增强型体外反搏联合阿司匹林及他汀在稳定型冠心病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨增强型体外反搏(EECP)联合阿司匹林及他汀在稳定型冠心病(SCAD)患者中的应用。方法选取2022年7月至2024年6月本院收治的104例SCAD患者为对象,根据治疗方式分为两组,对照组采用阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用EECP。对比两组治疗疗效、心室重塑指标、血清指标、不良反应。结果研究组总有效率88.46%,高于对照组的65.38%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后研究组LVESD、LVEDD、LVESV、LVEDV低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后研究组AngⅡ、ALD、PRA、PTH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论EECP联合阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀治疗SACD的效果确切且安全性高,可改善心室重塑,其机制可能与调节相关神经内分泌因子有关。Objective To investigate the application of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)combined with aspirin and statins in patients with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD).Methods 104 patients with SCAD admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were divided into two groups according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with aspirin and atorvastatin calcium,and the observation group was treated with EECP on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,ventricular remodeling index,serum index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was88.46%,higher than 65.38%of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,LVESD,LVEDD,LVESV and LVEDV in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of AngⅡ,ALD,PRA and PTH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference showed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions EECP combined with aspirin and atorvastatin is effective and safe in the treatment of SACD,and can improve ventricular remodeling,which mechanism may be related to the regulation of relevant neuroendocrine factors.
