经鼻低强度红外激光联合鼻腔冲洗治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果及对其炎性因子的影响分析

摘  要:目的探讨经鼻低强度红外激光联合鼻腔冲洗治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果及对其炎性因子的影响。方法选择我院2022年6月至2024年7月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者120例,采取随机数字表分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组采用常规鼻腔冲洗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用经鼻低强度红外激光治疗,对比两组的症状评分、体征评分、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的症状及体征评分均明显低于治疗前,观察组症状及体征评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的血清IL-4、IL-13水平均明显低于治疗前,IFN-γ水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组血清IL-4、IL-13水平均明显低于对照组,IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间的不良反应发生率为5.0%,与对照组的8.3%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经鼻低强度红外激光联合鼻腔冲洗治疗过敏性鼻炎患者能够有效改善其症状和体征,调节炎性因子水平,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transnasal low-intensity infrared laser combined with nasal irrigation in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis and its impact on inflammatory factors.Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 and July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by a random number table,with60 patients in each group.The control group received standard nasal irrigation therapy,while the observation group received transnasal low-intensity infrared laser on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,sign score,serum inflammatory factor[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-13(IL-13),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]levels,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom and sign scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the symptom and sign scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-4 and IL-13 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the IFN-γlevel was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the serum IL-4 and IL-13 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the IFN-γlevels was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%,without statistical difference compared with 8.3%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Transnasal low-intensity infrared laser combined with nasal irrigation in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis can improve the symptoms and signs,and regulate the inflammatory factor levels,with good safety.
