摘　　要：邓小平文化建设发展的战略思想是邓小平理论的重要内容。它是在坚持与发展马克思主义文化观、毛泽东文化思想以及批判吸收古今中外一切文化成果的理论基础上,在初步探索20世纪50年代以来中国社会主义文化建设的实践基础上,在准确分析改革开放以来中国社会性质与主要矛盾的现实基础上所形成的科学思想体系。它明确了以“建设高度的社会主义精神文明”为着眼点;把握了以“建设有中国特色社会主义的文化”为立足点;找准了“科学技术是第一生产力”的着力点;强调了“文艺属于人民”的出发点;抓住了“百年大计,教育为本”的切入点;掌握了“改善党的领导,加强党的建设”的关键点。其文化建设发展的战略思想丰富了马克思主义文化理论,发展了中国特色社会主义文化事业,确立了以经济建设为中心的文化发展新范式,推动了中国文化的现代化进程。Deng Xiaoping's strategic thinking on cultural construction and development is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory.It is a scientific ideological system formed on the theoretical basis of adhering to and developing Marxist cultural views,Mao Zedong cultural thought,and critically assimilating all cultural achievements from ancient and modern times,both at home and abroad.It is based on a preliminary exploration of the practical construction of socialist culture in China since the 1950s,and an accurate analysis of the reality of the nature and main contradictions of Chinese society since the reform and opening up.It clarifies the focus on"building a high level of socialist spiritual civilization",grasps the starting point of"building a culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics",Iidentifies the focal point of"science and technology are the primary productive forces",emphasizes the starting point of"literature and art belong to the people",seizes the entry point of"education as the foundation for a century long plan",and masters the key points of"improving Party leadership and strengthening Party building".The strategic thinking of cultural construction and development has enriched Marxist cultural theory,developed the cultural cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,established a new paradigm of cultural development centered on economic construction and promoted the modernization process of Chinese culture.
