城区居民电子废弃物资源化利用行为影响因素探讨——基于TPB-NAM-SET整合模型

摘　　要：从城区居民角度出发,整合计划行为理论、规范激活理论和社会交换理论构建城区居民电子废弃物资源化利用行为影响因素模型,运用结构方程模型等研究方法进行分析。结果表明:资源化利用态度、知觉行为控制、个人规范、社会压力、感知损失对居民电子废弃物资源化利用意向有直接影响,且影响力度从大到小递减。性别、年龄、教育程度也会影响整合模型的部分变量。据此,提出如下建议:开展资源化利用宣传教育;健全资源化利用网络体系;规范资源化利用市场秩序。From the perspective of urban residents,this study integrates the theory of planned behavior,norm activation model and social exchange theory to build a model of influencing factors of urban residents'e-waste resource utilization behavior.Structural equation model and other research methods are used for analysis.The results show that residents'resource utilization intention is influenced by resource utilization attitude,perceived behavior control,personal norms,social pressure and perceived loss,and the influence decreases from large to small.Partial variables of the integrated model are influenced by gender,age and education level.In view of these,the following suggestions are put forward:carry out publicity and education on resource utilization,establish a sound network system for resource utilization,and standardize the market order for resource utilization.
