摘  要:为减少煤矿井下劳动力浪费,避免轨道运输巷道与行人巷道交叉口发生单轨吊车碰撞行人的问题,设计单轨吊全封闭运输预警系统。此系统运用红外激光传感器、无线物联网、图像识别技术,在单轨吊车经过巷道口前发出语音与灯光提示。其工作流程是,先由摄像仪判别场景中有无车辆、人员,接着通过红外激光传感器确认图像里的车辆及栅栏状况。这一双重确认机制,既能确保图像识别的准确度,又能在不断运行中提升识别精准度。该系统在三元福达煤业展开调试,经技术人员反复测试与优化各项功能,最终证明此预警系统可出色完成井下智能预警工作,为煤矿井下安全生产助力,有效降低事故风险,保障矿工生命安全及企业稳定发展。To reduce underground labor waste in coalmines and avoid the problem of monorailcrane colliding with pedestrians at the intersectionof rail transport roadways andpedestrian roadways, a warning system forfully enclosed monorail crane transportis designed. This system utilizes infraredlaser sensors, wireless Internet of Thingsand image recognition technology to issuevoice and light prompts before the monorailcrane passes through the roadway entrance.The workflow is as follows, firstly, thecamera detects whether there are vehiclesor persons in the scene, and then the vehicleand fence conditions in the image are confirmedthrough the infrared laser sensors.This dual-confirmation mechanism ensuresthe accuracy of image recognition andimproves recognition precision in continuousoperation. This system was debuggedin Sanyuan Fuda Coal Industry, and afterrepeated testing and optimization of variousfunctions by technicians, it was ultimatelyproven that this warning system can excellentlycomplete underground intelligentwarning work, assist in underground safetyproduction in coal mines, effectively reduceaccident risks and ensure the safety of minersand stable development of the enterprise.
