摘  要:矿用自卸车设计时通常将后桥作为驱动桥,后桥通过鼻锥体与车架连接,鼻锥体将驱动桥产生的驱动力或制动力传递至车架。后悬挂和鼻锥体铰接销轴是矿用自卸车的主要承载部件,鼻锥体与车架铰接的位置,直接影响后悬挂和销轴受力大小,从而影响相关零部件的寿命及整机性能。通过受力计算及数据分析,介绍在不同的工况下,不同的鼻锥铰点位置对后悬挂和鼻锥销轴受力的影响,为该类结构设计提供一定的参考和依据。When designing a mining dumper,the rear axle is usually used as the drive axle,which is connected to the frame through a nose cone,and the nose cone transmits thedrivingforce orbrakingforce generated by the drive axle to the frame.The rear suspension and nose cone hinge pin are the main loadbearing parts of the mining dumper,and the position of the nose cone hinged with the frame directly affects the force on the rear suspension and the pin,which in turn affects the service life of related parts and the overall performance.Throughforce calculation and data analysis,the influence of different nose cone hinge point positions on the force on the rear suspension and nose cone pin under different working conditions is introduced,which provides certain reference and basis forthedesign of such structure.
