摘　　要：燃气轮机组是海上油气生产平台的关键设备,其结构复杂,维护成本高昂。内窥镜检测作为一种无损的检测方式,在燃气轮机组日常检维修工作中起到重要作用。对内窥镜检测的现状及必要性进行分析,并以某平台SOLAR机组为例,分析机组内窥检测的技术要素和故障类别,通过结合实际故障诊断案例分析内窥检测的原理过程运用方法,具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。Gas turbine sets are key equipment on offshore oil and gas production platforms,with complex structures and high maintenance costs.Therefore,endoscopic testing,as a non-destructive testing method,plays an important role in the daily inspection and maintenance of gas turbine sets.The current situation and necessity of endoscopic testing are analyzed,and the technical elements and fault categories of endoscopic testing of the set are analyzed by taking the SOLAR set on a platform as an example.The original process application method of endoscopic testing is analyzed by combining with actual fault diagnosis cases,which is of certain guidance and reference significance.
