摘  要:通过对国内外负压螺旋分离钻屑减量装置技术研究现状的检索与分析,提出气动式负压螺旋减量装置新设计方案,方案显著优化了钻屑在输送过程中的液体排出,从而增强了固液分离的效率。采取理论分析与三维实体建模方法,进行负压螺旋分离减量装置结构设计;应用有限元法进行气动式负压抽吸单元的钻屑筛分过滤仿真分析,进行相关工艺参数理论研究。为实时检测固液分离效果,设计固液比检测系统,并进行钻屑液输送过程中液体分离抽吸试验。由试验结果可以分析得出此分离装置在151s内液体抽吸率可达51%,平均流速约为0.008m/s,可以达到预期的钻屑分离减量目标,验证了钻井液在输送过程中回收的可行性。该装置可以处理废弃泥浆和钻屑,不仅有效防止了钻井作业导致的环境污染,还实现了泥浆资源的节约和钻井成本的降低。Through the retrieval and analysis of the current research status of negative pressure spiral drilling cuttings separation and reduction device technology at home and abroad,a new design scheme of a pneumatic negative pressure spiral reduction device is proposed,which significantly optimizes the liquid discharge of drilling cuttings in the conveying process,thereby enhancing thesolid-liquid separation efficiency.Theoretical analysis and three-dimensional solid modelling methods are adopted to design the structure of the negative pressure spiral separation and reduction device.The finite element method is appliedfor simulation analysis of drilling cuttings screening and filtration of the pneumatic negative pressure suction unit,and the relevant process parameters are theoretically studied.To detect the solid-liquid separation effect in real time,a solid-liquid ratio detection system is designed,and liquid separation and suction tests are carried out in the process of drilling cuttings liquid transport.It is concluded from the analysis of the test results that the liquid suction rate of the separation device reaches 51%within 151 s,with an average flow rate of about 0.008 m/s,which can achieve the expected goal of drilling cuttings separation and reduction and verifies the feasibility of drilling liquid recovery in the conveying process.The device can dispose waste slurry and drilling cuttings,which not only effectively prevents environmental pollution caused by drilling operations,but also realizes the conservation of slurry resources and the reduction of drilling costs.
