摘  要:转向操纵装置关系着车辆的安全性和驾驶员的舒适性。提出一种前移式叉车多维度可调方向盘转向操纵装置设计方案。通过角度摆动支架相对于安装支架旋转,实现角度变化,通过长度滑动支架相对于角度摆动支架进行滑动,实现长度变化。交叉安装的2个摩擦片会随着长度、角度调节一起运动,只要阻碍2个摩擦片之间的相互运动,就可以阻碍整个装置的长度、角度调节。采用n个摩擦片交替安装,随着摩擦片的数量增加,相互接触的面的数量也增加,静摩擦力矩增大到(n-1)M,在夹紧力F不变的情况下,静摩擦力矩可以不断增大。通过一个调节把手实现长度、角度两个维度的调节,人机工程性好。该装置采用纯粹的机械结构,简单可靠,便于生产制造。The steering control device is related to the safety of the vehicle and the comfort of the driver.The design scheme of a multidimensional adjustable steering wheel control device for reach trucks is proposed.The angle change is realized by rotating the angle swing bracket relative to the mounting bracket,and the length change is realized by sliding the length sliding bracket relative to the angle swing bracket.The two friction plates mounted crosswise will move together with the length and angle adjustments,and the length and angle adjustments of the entire device can be hindered as long as the mutual movement between the two friction plates is hindered.The n friction plates are mounted alternately,as the number of friction plates increases,the number of surfaces in contact increases,and the static friction torque grows to(n-1)M.The static friction torque can continuously grow under the condition of unchanged clamping force F.The adjustments of both dimensions of length and angle are realized through an adjustment handle,with good ergonomics performance.The device adopts a purely mechanical structure,which is simple and reliable and is easy to be produced and manufactured.
