摘 要:针对某型螺杆真空泵排气噪声过大的问题,通过试验采集分析噪声频谱并确定主要降噪频段,基于一维理论公式初步设计消声器结构,研究消声器内部结构参数对传递损失的影响。结果显示:两扩张腔均有内插管,内插管相对扩张腔中心线无偏移能够提高消声效果。基于LMSVirtual.Lab软件对消声器进行声学仿真计算,结果表明该消声器在关注频段100Hz及160~1250Hz内具有良好的声学性能。利用ANSYSFluent软件对消声器的压力损失进行计算,得到在入口气流为59m/s的情况下,该消声器的压力损失为5059Pa,低于企业要求的7kPa,表明该消声器空气动力学性能满足要求。In view of the problem of excessive exhaust noise of a screw vacuum pump,the noise spectrum is collected and analyzed through tests to determine the main noise reduction frequency bands.The silencer structure is preliminarily designed based on onedimensional theoretical formula,and the influence of internal structural parameters of the silencer on the transmission loss is studied.The results show that,both expansion cavities have interpolation pipes,and no offset of the interpolation pipes relative to the centerlines of the expansion cavities can improve the silencing effect.Based on software LMS Virtual.Lab,acoustic simulation calculations of the silencer are carried out,and the results show that the silencerhas good acousticperformance in the frequency bands of 100 Hz and from 160 to 1250Hz.SoftwareANSYSFluent isused to calculate the pressure loss of the silencer,and it is found that the pressure loss of the silencer is 5059Pa when the inlet airflow is 59m/s,which is lower than the7kPa required by the enterprise,indicating that the aerodynamic performance of the silencer meets the requirements.
