摘  要:在普通车床切削加工生产中,薄壁管类零件的深孔加工存在切屑在孔内很容易堵塞,刀具在加工过程中很难得到良好的冷却,刀具刚性不足,加工精度难以保证等问题。因此,一般的加工方法很难保证加工零件的质量要求,甚至无法进行加工。介绍在C630普通车床上加工长850mm、外径Φ80mm、内径Φ75.6mm的薄壁管类零件的深孔镗削加工装置及应用。利用卡盘端车床主轴的莫氏锥度孔,设计全新的镗孔刀组件和导向杆支撑装置,改进加工工艺,解决深孔加工中排屑、冷却困难,镗刀杆刚性不足,走刀时容易振动,产生让刀现象和刀具磨损等严重影响加工零件质量的问题,取得了良好的加工效果。In the cutting machining on turning lathes,deep hole machining of thin-walled tube parts has the problems such as easy chip blockage in the hole,difficulty in cooling the tool during machining,insufficient tool rigidity and difficulty in ensuring machining accuracy.Therefore,the general machining methods are difficult to ensure thequality requirements of the machined parts or even cannot machine the parts.The devicefor deep hole boring machining of a thin-walled tube part with a length of 850 mm,an outerdiameterof 80mmand an inner diameter of 75.6mm on a C630 turning turning lathe and its application are introduced.The Morse taper hole on the lathe spindle at the chuck end is used,and a brand new boring tool assembly and a guide bar support device are designed to improve the machining process,to solve the problems in deep hole machining such as chip removal and cooling difficulties,insufficient rigidity of the boring tool bar,easy vibration during feeding,as well as tool back-off phenomenon and tool wear which seriously affect the quality of machined parts,achieving good machining results.
