摘  要:针对蓄能器在整车短里程运行中泄漏失效问题,分析密封圈失效后的形貌特征,结合电镜、红外光谱确定密封圈失效的主要原因为:密封圈在一次硫化时脱模剂的残留导致局部强度下降,加上较为严苛的测试条件,使得蓄能器在整车下线后产生了微裂纹,在后期使用过程中裂纹不断扩大进而断裂翻转漏气失效。In view of the leakage failure of the accumulator during short-range operation of the vehicle,the morphological characteristics of the seal ring after failure were analyzed,and combined with electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,the main reason for the seal ring failure was determined to be:the residual mold release agent during one vulcanization of the seal ring led to the decline in the local strength,coupled with the severe test conditions,microcracks were generated in the accumulator after the entire vehicle rolled off the line,and the cracks continued to expand during later use,resulting in fracture,flipping and leakagefailure.
