锚杆台车在抽水蓄能领域的研究与应用

摘　　要：抽水蓄能电站提供清洁能源,具有调峰储能、稳定电网的功能。抽水蓄能地下厂房支护作业,仍处于人工、半机械化施工阶段。为了提高施工效率,降低施工风险,提出一种抽水蓄能锚杆台车。该锚杆台车主要由底盘系统、钻臂、大长度双推进梁锚杆机头、可升降驾驶室、注浆系统、遥控系统等组成,通过大长度锚杆机头与注浆系统的协同作业,进行6m、9m锚杆的“钻、注、锚”机械一体化施工。Pumped storage power plant is an emerging clean energy,with the functions of peak energy storage and grid stabilization.The support operation of underground pumped storage plant is still in the stage of manual and semi-mechanized construction.To improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction risks,a rock bolting rig for pumped storage is proposed.The rock bolting rig mainly consists of a chassis system,a drill boom,a long-length double-beam bolting head,a liftable cab,an injection system and a remote control system,which,through the collaborative operation of the long-length bolting head and the injection system,performs mechanically integrated construction of“drilling,injection and bolting”of bolts of 6 m and 9 m.
