摘  要:1SC200/200系列施工升降机使用过程极易形成噪声,从设计、加工、安装、维护等阶段分别分析可能造成噪声的原因,其中主体结构材料强度不足、槽轮结构不合理及传动装置的选型是设计缺陷造成运行噪声的主要原因,焊接质量较差及齿条夹装精度低是加工阶段造成运行噪声的主要原因,安装阶段齿轮齿条间隙调整不到位是使用过程形成噪声的主要原因,而维护阶段润滑不足与齿轮间距调整不及时是形成运行噪声的重要原因。根据噪声的形成原因,结合实际情况给出相应的应对策略,为实现绿色施工提供参考。The SC200/200 series builder's hoists are easy to generatenoise in the process of operation,and the possible reasons for noise are analyzed from thedesign,processing,installation and maintenance stages.Insufficient material strength of themain structure,unreasonable groove wheel structure and selection of thetransmission device are themain reasons for operating noise caused by the design defects,poor weldingquality and low rack clamping precision are the main reasons for operating noise in the processing stage,insufficient adjustment of gearand rack clearance in the installation stage is the main reason for noise generated during operation,and insufficient lubrication and untimely adjustment of gear spacing in themaintenance stage are the important reasons for operating noise.Based on the reasons for noise generation and combined with actual situations,corresponding countermeasures are provided,which provides a reference for the realization of green construction.
