摘　　要：新型基础测绘是测绘事业进入新发展阶段,构建测绘体系新业务格局,推进测绘事业转型升级,更好支撑高质量发展的重要工作举措。以国家新型基础测绘贵阳试点为例重点从标准体系、产品体系、技术体系、生产组织体系、应用服务体系五个方面,对贵阳试点建设内容、创新研究以及建设经验进行了详细总结,并对新型基础测绘推广应用进行了简单展望,为全面推进国家新型基础测绘体系建设,贡献贵阳可借鉴、可复制、可推广的成功经验。New fundamental surveying and mapping is an important initiative for the surveying and mapping cause to enter a new stage of development,to build a new business pattern of the surveying and mapping system,to promote the transformation and upgrading of the surveying and mapping cause,and to better support high-quality development.Taking the national new fundamental surveying and mapping Guiyang pilot project as an example,focusing on five aspects,namely,standard system,product system,technology system,production organization system and application service system,the content of the Guiyang pilot project construction,innovative research and construction experience are summarized in detail,and a simple outlook for the promotion and application of the new fundamental surveying and mapping is given.To comprehensively promote the construction of national new basic surveying and mapping system,can be learned from,replicable and popularizable successful experience of Guiyang.
