摘  要:目前,BIM应用的不足之一在于模型无法准确模拟现实场景。测绘作为一项实地测量工作,具有法律效力,并能够反映真实场景的准确信息。鉴于此,本文提出了一套实模一致性研究方法,并形成成熟的软件系统,实现大部分业务的实模一致性比对。该方法首先对测绘图形进行预处理:坐标配准、楼层对齐、标高录入和三维化,同时对IFC实体进行预处理:链接合并、数据分类、几何和属性解析。最后通过与SZ-IFC模型的多方面比较分析,得出实模一致性所需的前置条件、对比方法以及存在的问题。本研究通过有效可行的实模一致性新的应用方向,为测绘与SZ-IFC审核的互相融合,测绘与设计协同优化及智慧城市建设数据底层支撑带来关键价值。Currently,one of the shortcomings of BIM application is the inability of models to accurately simulate real-world scenarios.Surveying,as a field measurement task,has legal validity and can reflect accurate information about the real scene.In view of this,this paper proposes a research method for model consistency with real-world data and develops a mature software system to achieve consistency comparison for most business scenarios.The method first preprocesses the survey drawings:coordinate registration,floor alignment,elevation entry,and 3D modeling.It then preprocesses the IFC entities:link merging,data classification,and geometry and attribute parsing.Finally,by conducting a comprehensive comparative analysis with the SZ-IFC model,the paper identifies the necessary prerequisites,comparison methods,and existing issues for achieving model consistency.This research,through a feasible and effective new integration approach for model consistency,provides key value for the mutual application of surveying and SZ-IFC,the collaborative optimization of surveying and design,and the foundational support for data in smart city construction.
