摘  要:随着新能源汽车产业的蓬勃发展和技术进步,检验认证与研发测试在产业链中的重要性日益凸显。动力电池作为新能源汽车的核心储能部件,其试验环节的安全风险不容忽视。面对电池行业日新月异的发展,新能源动力电池试验室的运行安全面临全新挑战和更高要求。本文基于十余年的电池试验室运行经验,从安全运行理念、手段策略、关键环节与具体举措等多维度阐述新能源动力电池试验室的运行安全管理策略。With the rapid development and technological advancements in the new energy vehicle industry,inspection,certification,and research and development testing have become increasingly critical components of the industry chain.As the core energy storage system of new energy vehicles,traction batteries pose significant safety risks during testing.The fast-paced growth of the battery industry has introduced new challenges and heightened requirements for the operational safety of traction battery laboratories.Drawing on over a decade of experience in battery laboratory operations,this article outlines a comprehensive strategy for managing operational safety in traction battery laboratories,addressing key aspects such as safety concepts,methods and strategies,critical processes,and specific measures.
