摘 要:对于以锚索为主要受力构件的支护结构而言,支护结构能否继续服役主要取决于锚头处钢绞线的腐蚀程度。基于某海滨城市3个深基坑工程,对3组27根延期服役的锚索外露端取样,结合场地腐蚀环境条件进行综合分析,明确不同腐蚀环境条件下锚索外露钢绞线的腐蚀规律。研究结果表明:锚索外露端在长期暴露并受微—弱腐蚀性地下水侵蚀的环境中,腐蚀程度较严重,经受2年腐蚀的截面减少率达到或超过10%;相同地质条件下,临时基坑的锚索服役寿命随渗水程度加大而缩短;无渗水部位的钢绞线腐蚀程度主要取决于空气湿度,腐蚀速度随空气湿度增加而加快;钢绞线腐蚀造成的质量损失率与除锈前的直径增加量具有一定的线性关系;破断力损失率与质量损失率之差随质量损失率的增加而变大,“破断力损失率”与“破断力损失率与质量损失率之差”存在近似线性关系。该研究成果对以锚索为主要构件的深基坑是否能继续服役具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。For the supporting structure with anchor cable as the main load-bearing member,whether the supporting structure can continue to serve mainly depends on the corrosion degree of the steel strand at the anchor head.Based on three deep excavation pit projects in a coastal city,the exposed ends of 27 anchor cables that have exceeded their service life in 3 groups were sampled,and the corrosion laws of exposed steel strands of anchor cables under different corrosion environmental conditions were determined by comprehensive analysis.The results show that the corrosion degree of the exposed end of the cable is more serious in the environment of long-term exposure and erosion by groundwater,and the section reduction rate of the cable under corrosion for 2 years reaches or exceeds 10%;under the same geological conditions,the service life of the anchor cable of the temporary foundation pit is shortened with the increase of the degree of seepage;the corrosion degree of steel strand in the non-permeable part mainly depends on the air humidity,and the corrosion speed of steel strand accelerates with the increase of air humidity;the mass loss rate caused by corrosion has a certain linear relationship with the diameter increase before rust removal;the difference between the breaking force loss rate and the mass loss rate increases with the increase of the mass loss rate,and there is an approximate linear relationship between the“breaking force loss rate”and the“difference between the breaking force loss rate and the mass loss rate”.The study results have important reference value and guiding significance for whether the deep foundation pit with anchor cable as the main component can continue to serve.
