摘 要:泥浆消纳复合桩是一种由预制芯桩与桩周膏状浆液构成的新型复合桩,膏状浆液由成孔产生的废弃浆液配置,具有较好承载性能的同时,使施工过程中泥浆排放量有效减少。为探究其荷载传递规律,本文在天津软土地区对该桩型进行现场水平加载试验并作对比定量研究,分析了泥浆消纳复合桩成桩水平承载能力的离散性以及含芯率和芯桩形式对水平承载性能的影响,结果表明,泥浆消纳桩成桩质量能够得到保证,承受水平荷载时桩的承载性能离散性较小。泥浆消纳桩含芯率的减小能够增强承载能力,将泥浆消纳桩的芯桩由方桩换为管桩后,桩身整体刚度增加,水平承载能力也有所提升。Mud absorbing composite pile is a new type of composite pile composed of prefabricated core pile and paste slurry around the pile.The paste slurry is composed of waste slurry generated by hole formation,which has good bearing performance and can effectively reduce slurry discharge during construction.In order to explore the law of load transferring,an on-site horizontal loading test on the pile type in the soft soil area of Tianjin and a comparative quantitative study was conducted.The discrete type of horizontal bearing capacity of the mud absorbing composite pile and the influence of the hole forming diameter and core pile form on the horizontal bearing performance was analyzed.The results show that the pile quality of the mud absorbing pile could be guaranteed.The dispersion of bearing capacity of pile under horizontal load is small.The bearing capacity can be enhanced with the increase of hole diameter of mud absorbing pile.When the core pile of mud absorbing pile is changed from square pile to pipe pile,the overall stiffness of pile body increases and the horizontal bearing capacity also improves.
