摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,对电力基础设置的安全运行维护工作提出了更高的要求,对电力线进行三维重建及电力线范围内的危险点检测和保护区绘制是电力部门的一项任务。针对传统的电力线人工巡检测量危险系数高、效率低等问题,本文提出一种基于地基三维激光点云的电力线走廊危险区域确定方法,首先根据高程阈值分离电力线点与地物点;然后利用K近邻算法剔除电力线点中的孤立点,根据二维投影得到单档的电力线;最后利用最近邻算法求出地物点到电力线点的三维最近距离和二维最近距离,确定电力线走廊区域的危险点和保护区。工程应用表明,本文方法效率较高,危险点检测结果精度高于手动测量结果。With the rapid development of our country′s economy,higher requirements are put forward for the safe operation and maintenance of power infrastructure.Three-dimensional reconstruction of power lines,detection of dangerous points within the range of power lines and drawing of protection areas are tasks of the power department.Aiming at the problems of higher risk and low efficiency of traditional manual patrol inspection of power lines,we propose a method for determining the danger area of power line corridor based on ground-based 3D laser point cloud,which first separates power line points and feature points according to the elevation threshold,and then uses K nearest neighbor algorithm to eliminate the isolated points in the power line points,and obtains a single-level power line according to the two-dimensional projection.Finally,we use nearest neighbor algorithm to obtain the three-dimensional shortest distance and two-dimensional shortest distance from the object points to the power line points to determine the dangerous points and protection area in the power line corridor area.The practical engineering application shows that our method is more efficient,and the dangerous point detection results is more accurate than the manual measurement results.
