摘　　要：文章探讨了私募基金投资策略及其在国有企业转型升级融资路径中的应用。私募基金作为重要的市场化投资工具,其专业的投资策略为国有企业提供了多元化的融资渠道,能够助力企业实现转型升级。文章首先分析了私募基金投资策略的特点,接着深入探讨了国有企业转型升级过程中面临的融资难点,并提出了利用私募基金解决融资问题的具体路径。通过案例分析,展示了私募基金在国有企业转型升级中的实际应用效果,为其他企业提供了借鉴与参考。This paper discusses the investment strategy of private equity fund and its application in the financing path of stateowned enterprise transformation and upgrading. As an important market-based investment tool, private equity fund provides diversified financing channels for state-owned enterprises through their professional investment strategies and helps enterprises achieve transformation and upgrading. The paper first analyzes the characteristics of the investment strategy of private equity fund, and then deeply discusses the financing difficulties faced by state-owned enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading, and puts forward the specific path to solve the financing problems by using the private equity fund. Through case analysis, the paper shows the practical application effect of private equity fund in the transformation and upgrading of stateowned enterprises, and provides reference for other enterprises.
