摘　　要：在全球经济一体化背景下,随着新一代信息技术的发展与进步,企业规模不断扩大,许多大型企业纷纷成立了财务共享服务中心。通过优化财政资金分配效率,构建高效、优质的财政体制,资金管理在提升公司运营效率和利润方面发挥着至关重要的作用。在共享服务模式下,通过集中管理资金,企业能够实现最优的客户体验,确保资金安全,并促进自身的健康发展。这种方式不仅提高了企业的运营效率,还进一步降低了其运营成本。In the context of global economic integration,with the development and progress of the new generation of information technology,the scale of enterprises is expanding,and many large enterprises have set up financial shared service centers.By optimizing the efficiency of the allocation of financial funds and building an efficient and high-quality financial system,capital management plays an important role in improving the operating efficiency and profits of the enterprise.Under the shared service model,enterprises can achieve the best customer experience,ensure the safety of funds and promote their sound development through the centralized management of capital.This method not only improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise,but also further reduce operating costs.
