摘  要:针对黄陵煤矿632半煤岩巷在快速掘进中支护困难、掘进效率不高的问题,采用现场实测的方式分析掘进效率的变化,通过成套设备的运用和支护技术的优化提升掘进效率。采用理论分析快速掘进下应力分布特征,通过顶板钻孔窥视分析围岩破碎情况。结果表明:顶板采用联合支护,快速掘进下应力分布主要在巷道处集中;两帮及顶板钻孔窥视图的分析可以看出,顶板的裂隙较少,主要是零星的纵向裂隙,这说明顶板的完整性较好;顶板及两帮的横纵向裂隙闭合现象较为明显,联合支护的方式在快速掘进扰动下较为契合,基本能够保证巷道的安全性和稳定性,对快速掘进与支护技术应用具有一定指导意义。Aiming at the problems of difficult support and low excavation efficiency in the rapid excavation of the 632 semi coal rock roadway in Huangling Coal Mine,the changes in excavation efficiency are analyzed through on-site actual measurement.The excavation efficiency is improved through the use of complete equipment and the improvement of support technology.Using theoretical analysis to analyze the stress distribution characteristics under rapid excavation,and analyzing the faulire situation of surrounding rock through roof borehole peeping.The results show that the roof adopts joint support,and the stress distribution under rapid excavation is mainly concentrated at the roadway;The analysis of the borehole peeping maps of the two sides and the roof shows that there are few fissures on the roof,mainly sporadic longitudinal fissures,indicating that the integrity of the roof is relatively good;The closure phenomenon of transverse and longitudinal fissures in the roof and the two sides is relatively obvious,and the joint support way is relatively suitable under rapid excavation disturbance,which can basically ensure the safety and stability of the roadway,and has certain guiding significance for the application of rapid excavation and support technology.
