摘 要:在煤矿开采过程中,复杂地应力和采动影响下,巷道容易出现底鼓、两帮内移等变形问题,对巷道稳定性造成影响。以孙村煤矿-800 m南区回风石门为研究对象,通过注浆加固机理,分析了巷道在复杂地应力和采空区因素叠加条件下的变形机制,提出了动态注浆固化技术,通过“强密自封、高强自固、快速内自闭”中空注浆锚杆的创新设计,优化了支护工艺,提高了注浆过程的效率和支护效果,动态注浆固化技术能够显著增强围岩强度,大幅提高巷道的整体稳定性。In the process of coal mining,under the complex geostress and mining influence,deformation problems such as floor heave,two sides ingression and others are prone to occur in the roadway,which affects the stability of the roadway.Taking the return air stone gate in the-800 m southern area of Suncun Coal Mine as the research object,the deformation mechanism of the roadway under the superposition condition of complex geostress and goaf factors is analyzed through grouting reinforcement mechanism.Dynamic grouting solidification technology is proposed.Through the innovative design of"strong confidentiality self sealing,high-strength self solidification,and rapid internal self closing"hollow grouting anchor rods,the support process is optimized,the efficiency and support effect of the grouting process are improved.The dynamic grouting solidification technology can significantly enhance the strength of the surrounding rock and greatly improve the overall stability of the roadway.
