摘  要:针对虎龙沟矿51513回风顺槽掘进期间围岩破碎、稳定性差的问题,通过分析锚固与注浆对围岩稳定性控制机理,基于掘进工作面地质特点与围岩变形基本特征,提出预留变形量、锚网喷初次支护、全断面锚索二次支护、全断面二次注浆、底板锚注、全断面高压深孔复注联合支护技术工艺,形成了稳定的锚固与注浆动态耦合支护结构。实践表明,该联合支护工艺能够有效抑制围岩变形程度,提高围岩整体承载能力,51513回风顺槽掘进期间,顶板最大下沉量为35 mm,最大底鼓量为29 mm,两帮最大移近量为70 mm,锚固区域内未出现离层,实现了工作面安全回采。In view of the problems of surrounding rock fragmentation and poor stability during the excavation period of the 51513 return air crossheading in Hulonggou Mine,by analyzing the control mechanism of anchoring and grouting on the stability of surrounding rock.Based on the geological characteristics of the excavation working face and the basic characteristics of surrounding rock deformation,a joint support technology process of reserved deformation amount,anchor net spraying initial support,full section anchor cable secondary support,full section secondary grouting,floor anchor grouting,and full section high-pressure deep hole repetitive grouting is proposed,forming a stable dynamic coupling support structure of anchoring and grouting.The practice shows that this joint support process can effectively suppress the degree of surrounding rock deformation and improve the overall bearing capacity of the surrounding rock.During the excavation period of the 51513 return air crossheading,the maximum subsidence amount of the roof is 35 mm,the maximum floor heave amount is 29 mm,and the maximum movement of the two sides is 70 mm.There is no abscission layer in the anchoring area,achieving safe stoping of the working face.
