摘 要:针对瑞隆煤业5109工作面回风巷现场设计存在过度支护的问题,采用现场测定、理论计算、数值模拟分析等方法,判定巷道围岩为Ⅱ类较稳定围岩;在原支护的基础上,重新优化了支护形式与支护参数,设计采用“锚杆+锚网”的支护方式。优化后的巷道顶板锚杆间排距为1.5 m×1.4 m,两帮锚杆间排距为1.4 m×1.4 m,相较于原支护减少了数量,增大了间排距,节约了支护成本,且通过数值模拟对比分析优化后的支护效果与原支护基本相同。通过现场监测巷道顶底板移近量、支架工作阻力及支护锚杆的受力情况,结果表明,巷道围岩控制效果良好,满足回采期间安全生产的需要。In response to the problem of excessive support in the on-site design of the 5109 working face return air roadway of Ruilong Coal Industry,methods such as on-site measurement,theoretical calculation,numerical simulation analysis and others are used to determine that the roadway surrounding rock is Class II relatively stable surrounding rock;On the basis of the original support,the support form and support parameters are re optimized,and a support method of"anchor rod+anchor net"is designed and adopted.The row spacing of the optimized roadway roof anchor rod is 1.5 m×1.4 m,and the row spacing between the two sides anchor rods is 1.4 m×1.4 m.Compared with the original support,the number is reduced,the row spacing is increased,and the support cost is saved.The optimized support effect is basically the same as the original support through numerical simulation and comparative analysis.The on-site monitoring of the roadway roof and floor displacement,bracket working resistance,and the stress situation of the support anchor rod shows that the control effect of the roadway surrounding rock is good,meeting the needs of safe production during the stoping period.
