摘 要:针对坚硬顶板赋存矿区动压巷道围岩变形严重、难以支护的问题,以司马矿1209工作面为工程背景,提出了通过水力压裂实现切顶卸压的围岩变形控制方案,利用FLAC^(3D)模拟分析了切顶与未切顶两种情况对工作面侧向支承压力与巷道围岩变形影响,开展了顶板水力压裂卸压机理研究,其次依据该矿实际确定了相关压裂工艺参数,选择1209回风巷作为试验巷道开展了现场应用。监测结果表明,水力切顶卸压有效降低工作面支架阻力,减小了巷道表面位移,削弱了顶板完整性,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,验证了水力切顶卸压方案的可行性,为矿井安全高效开采提供了技术保障。In response to the problem of serious deformation and difficulty in supporting the surrounding rock of the dynamic pressure roadway in the hard roof occurrence mining area,taking the 1209 working face in Sima Mine as the engineering background,a surrounding rock deformation control scheme using hydraulic fracturing to achieve roof cutting and pressure relief is proposed.FLAC^(3D)simulation is used to analyze the influences of two situations of roof cutting and uncutting on the lateral support pressure of the working face and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.The mechanism study of roof hydraulic fracturing and pressure relief is carried out.Secondly,relevant fracturing process parameters are determined according to the actual situation of this mine,and the 1209 return air roadway is selected as the experimental roadway for on-site application.The monitoring results show that hydraulic roof cutting and pressure relief effectively reduces the bracket resistance of the working face,reduces the surface displacement of the roadway,weakens the integrity of the roof,effectively controls the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock,verifies the feasibility of the hydraulic roof cutting and pressure relief scheme,and provides technical guarantee for safe and efficient mining of the mine.
