伊新煤业矿井通风阻力测定与分析

摘　　要：为测定伊新煤业矿井的通风阻力情况,对各个线路的等积孔及阻力孔进行分析,以伊新煤业为研究对象,利用气压计法,建立多个测点,测出各个测点的测点风速、测点风量、测点间速压差、测点间静压差、测点间空气的密度等参数,并对其进行误差检验,得出各个线路的线路阻力分布折线图。整个矿井通风系统总阻力为941.36 Pa,总进风量为12440.4 m^(3)/min,总回风量为12522 m^(3)/min(208.7 m^(3)/s),总排风量为12607.8 m^(3)/min(210.13 m^(3)/s),等积孔为8.15 m^(2)。由此可知,该矿井为易通风矿井。矿井通风路线长,通风设施较多,应该加强通风管理和日常的监测工作。随着季节的变化,应加强通风系统的动态管理,及时调整各用风地点的风量,确保安全生产。To determine the mine ventilation resistance situation of Yixin Coal Industry,the equivalent orifices and resistance holes of each line are analyzed.Yixin Coal Industry is taken as the research object,and multiple measuring points are established using barometer method to measure parameters of each measuring point such as wind speed of measuring point,air volume of measuring point,velocity pressure difference between measuring points,static pressure difference between measuring points,air density between measuring points and so on.Error tests are conducted to obtain the distribution line graphs of line resistance for each line.The total resistance of the entire mine ventilation system is 941.36 Pa,the total air intake volume is 12440.4 m^(3)/min,the total return air volume is 12522 m^(3)/min(208.7 m^(3)/s),and the total exhaust air volume is 12607.8 m^(3)/min(210.13 m^(3)/s),with an equivalent orifice size of 8.15 m^(2).From this,it can be inferred that this mine is an easily ventilated mine.The mine ventilation route is long and there are many ventilation facilities,so ventilation management and daily monitoring work should be strengthened.With the change of seasons,it is necessary to strengthen the dynamic management of the ventilation system,adjust the air volume of each air-used location in a timely manner,and ensure safe production.
