摘 要:为解决七元煤业矿井瓦斯突出危险性大、多次发生瓦斯动力现象的问题,基于达西定律和莫尔-库仑准则,研究提出采用水砂压裂防突抽采技术。通过地面直井大液量水砂压裂,形成复杂裂缝网络,改变煤体应力状态,提高煤层渗透率。实施套管大排量注入压裂工艺,采用单阶段压裂、高压力、长时间持续注入、多级递进加砂等方法。效果测试显示,压裂后井底静压提高14.3%,动压增加15.8%,渗透率提升56%,日均产气量增加232%。该技术显著降低了煤层瓦斯含量,减小瓦斯突出风险,提高了矿井安全系数,为后续采煤工作创造了良好条件,同时带来可观的经济效益。To solve the problem of high risk of mine gas outburst and multiple occurrences of gas dynamic phenomena in Qiyuan Coal Industry,based on Darcy's law and Mohr-Coulomb criterion,a water sand fracturing outburst prevention drainage technology is studied and proposed to be used.Through large liquid volume water sand fracturing in surface vertical wells,complex crack networks are formed,which changes the stress state of coal bodies and improves the permeability of coal seams.Implement casing large displacement injection fracturing process,using single-stage fracturing,high pressure,long-term continuous injection,multi-stage progressive sand addition and other methods.The effect test shows that after fracturing,the static pressure at the bottom of the well improves by 14.3%,the dynamic pressure increases by 15.8%,the permeability increases by 56%,and the daily average gas production increases by 232%.This technology significantly reduces the coal seam gas content,reduces the risk of gas outburst,improves the safety coefficient of the mine,creates favorable conditions for subsequent coal mining work,and brings considerable economic benefits at the same time.
