小庄煤矿40309工作面二氧化碳驱替瓦斯技术研究

摘  要:针对矿井瓦斯抽采效率不足的问题,以小庄煤矿40309综放工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析与现场实测相结合的方法,通过液态二氧化碳灌注装置向煤体注入CO_(2),置换和驱替吸附态瓦斯,优化煤层渗流通道,提升瓦斯抽采效率。结果表明:通过对40309回顺煤壁采前预抽系统在线监测数据进行比对,压注保压后煤壁抽采系统瓦斯浓度平均上升0.3%,抽放流量基本保持在230 m^(3)/min,煤壁瓦斯抽采量增加0.69 m^(3)/min,煤壁瓦斯抽采量有所增加,验证了钻孔数据分析结果的可靠性。在40309工作面压注液态二氧化碳过程中,平均风排瓦斯增加量0.85 m^(3)/min,最大风排瓦斯增加量1.40 m^(3)/min,验证了在压注过程中,伴随有煤体裂隙渗出瓦斯现象,对同类型高瓦斯矿井具有一定借鉴意义。In response to the problem of insufficient gas extraction efficiency in mines,taking the 40309 fully mechanized caving working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the research background,a method combining theoretical analysis and on-site measurement is adopted to inject CO_(2) into the coal body through a liquid carbon dioxide injection device,replace and displace adsorbed gas,optimize the coal layer seepage channel,and improve gas extraction efficiency.The results show that by comparing the online monitoring data of the 40309 return coal wall pre drainage system before mining,the gas concentration of the coal wall drainage system is averagely increased by 0.3%after pressure injection and pressure maintaining,and the drainage flow rate basically remains at 230 m^(3)/min.The coal wall gas drainage volume is increased by 0.69 m^(3)/min,and the coal wall gas drainage volume is increased slightly,which verifies the reliability of the drilling data analysis results.During the process of injecting liquid carbon dioxide into the 40309 working face,the increase in average wind exhaust gas is 0.85 m^(3)/min,and the maximum increase in wind exhaust gas is 1.40 m^(3)/min.This verifies that there has phenomenon of gas seeping from coal bodies fissures along with the pressure injection process,which has certain reference significance for the same types of high gas mines.
