摘 要:埋深超过400 m、煤层厚度大于2.5 m且煤层上方赋存坚硬厚顶板的工作面,回采前应进行爆破断顶。针对石拉乌素煤矿1219工作面回采期间两巷周边为实体煤,且短时间内无采掘规划,为实现煤矿高效产煤模式,对1219工作面不断顶方案进行论证。根据能量准则,采用应力叠加法、数值模拟分析1219工作面动静态载荷叠加应力最大约为47.78 MPa,尚未达到发生冲击地压的最小应力。结果表明,采取不断顶方案后,煤层上方100 m范围内岩层均能及时进入塑性状态产生破断,未出现大面积悬顶的情况,采动影响范围内上覆岩层变形协调一致,有利于冲击地压防治及矿压管理,为类似条件下工作面回采不断顶方案提供参考。For working faces with a burial depth exceeding 400 m,a coal seam thickness greater than 2.5 m,and a hard and thick roof occurs above the coal seam,blasting should be carried out to break the roof before stoping.In view of the fact that there is solid coal around the two roadways during the stoping period of the 1219 working face of Shilawusu Coal Mine,and there is no mining excavation plan in a short time.In order to achieve an efficient coal production mode in the coal mine,the non-broken roof scheme of the 1219 working face is demonstrated.According to the energy criterion,using the stress superposition method and numerical simulation analysis,the maximum superposition stress of the dynamic and static load on the 1219 working face is about 47.78 MPa,which not yet reaches the minimum stress required for the occurrence of rock burst.The results show that after adopting the nonbroken roof scheme,the rock strata within the range of 100 m above the coal seam are able to enter a plastic state and generate breakage in a timely manner,and there has no occurence of large-scale roof hanging situation.The deformation of the overlying rock strata within the mining influence range is coordinated and consistent,which is conducive to the prevention and control of rock burst and mine pressure management,and provides reference for the non-broken roof scheme of working face stoping under similar conditions.
