摘 要:针对瓦斯抽采监测系统存在的控制手段落后、监测与监控不能兼顾的问题,提出一种基于中央处理的智能型瓦斯抽采监测监控系统。该系统以中央处理器为核心,通过多类型传感器获取系统运行数据和环境数据;通过人机界面可实现近程、远程、自动化控制,实现对系统运行状态和数据的全面监测,完成试验验证。结果表明,设计的智能型瓦斯抽采监测监控系统满足系统运行要求,实现了监测与监控兼顾的目的,提升了瓦斯抽采系统的智能化水平,有助于进一步提升煤矿生产安全系数。Aiming at the existing problem of outdated control means and inability to balance monitoring and surveillance in the gas drainage monitoring system,an intelligent type gas drainage monitoring and surveillance system based on central processing is proposed.This system is centered on a central processor and obtains system operation data and environmental data through multiple types of sensors;Through the human-machine interface,short range,remote,and automated control can be achieved,enabling comprehensive monitoring of system operation status and data,and completing experimental verification.The results show that the designed intelligent type gas drainage monitoring and surveillance system meets the system operation requirements,achieves the purpose of balancing monitoring and surveillance,improves the intelligentization level of the gas drainage system,and helps to further enhance the safety coefficient of coal mine production.
