摘  要:针对开滦集团调度设备未配置备用调度设备,无法保证开滦集团总调度室业务的正常运行,行政、调度通信专网无法进行实际操作培训、应急演练等问题,对开滦集团行政通信、生产调度专网现状进行详细分析、梳理,对办公、生产环境调度指挥业务相关的系统、业务、手段、管理等深度融合模式进行深入研究,利用开滦集团备用设备、冗余资源设计并实现模拟用户接入设备、IP用户会话边界控制器、MSTP网络等孪生子系统。基于模块化、分布式技术研发了融合调度、AI语音客服等软件子系统,平台能够实现融合通信、MSTP技术培训、实际操作练习,全面提升开滦集团矿山通信技术水平,能够实施行政、调度通信应急演练机制,全面提升工程技术人员应急响应能力。In view of the problems that Kailuan Group's scheduling equipment is not equipped with backup scheduling equipment,which cannot guarantee the normal operation of Kailuan Group's general scheduling room business,and the inability of administrative and scheduling communication private networks to conduct practical operation training and emergency drills,etc,a detailed analysis and sorting of the current situation of Kailuan Group's administrative communication and production scheduling private networks are conducted.In depth research is carried out on the deep integration modes of systems,businesses,means,management and others related to office and production environment scheduling and command business,and twin subsystems such as simulated user access devices,IP user conversation boundary controllers,MSTP networks,etc.are designed and implemented using Kailuan Group's backup equipment and redundant resources.Based on modular and distributed technology,software subsystems such as integrated scheduling,AI voice customer service and others are researched and developed.The platform can achieve integrated communication,MSTP technology training,and practical operation exercises,comprehensively improve Kailuan Group's mine communication technology level,can implement administrative and scheduling communication emergency drill mechanisms,and comprehensively enhance the emergency response capabilities of engineering and technical personnel.
