常村煤矿井下充填开采技术研究

摘  要:为解决煤矿矸石对矿山绿色发展的限制,以常村煤矿为研究对象,结合矿山具体条件,充分利用好井上、下现有井巷地面工程和设施设备,在该矿井选择合适井下充填区域,在采区大巷布局时,设置一条胶带运输道,沿该区段的边缘进行布设,构成一个完整的运输和辅助运输系统;与已有的采区大巷相连通,构成一个完整的井下充填运输系统;利用综掘机选择回采长短合适、宽窄的条状区域,将窄条的两头堵死后在窄条带上充填浆料,以此进行完整的井下充填开采。充填开采的地表沉降观测结果表明,该技术充填体压缩率低,充填材料费用少,工艺简单易操作。To address the limitations of coal mine gangue on the green development of mines,Changcun Coal Mine is taken as the research object.Combined with the specific conditions of the mine,the existing well roadway surface engineering and facilities and equipment above and below the well are fully utilized.A suitable downhole filling area is selected in the mine,when laying out the main roadway in the mining area,a tape transportation roadway is set up along the edge of this section,forming a complete transportation and auxiliary transportation system;Connect with the existing main roadway of the mining area to form a complete downhole filling and transportation system;Use a fully mechanized roadheader to select a strip area with appropriate length and width for stoping,block both ends of the strip,and fill the strip with slurry to carry out complete downhole filling mining.The surface subsidence observation results of filling mining indicate that this technology has low compression rate of filling bodies,low cost of filling materials,and simple and easy operation process.
