摘　　要：人工智能的快速发展,正在深刻改变人类的生产生活,推动人类社会进入数字化、智能化、专业分工持续细化的发展阶段,同时也给制度建设带来了诸多挑战。本文从人机关系出发,提出围绕科技“为人”的伦理准则,通过人机协同、将人类智慧嵌入智能体运行程序以及明确人工智能风险等措施,应对人工智能发展带来的挑战。此外,本文还提出加强制度供给、完善监管与规范、推动人工智能服务于人类社会等建议,以实现人工智能的良性发展并造福人类。The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)is driving human society into a new stage of digitalization,intelligence,and increasingly specialized division of labor.While AI is profoundly changing human production and daily life,it also presents many challenges to institution building.This paper explores the human-machine relationship and advocates for ethical guidelines that ensure technology serves humanity.It proposes a series of measures to address the challenges brought by the development of artificial intelligence,including human-machine collaboration,embedding human intelligence into AI operation program,and clarifying AI-related risks.In addition,this paper also puts forward suggestions to strengthen institutional supply,improve supervision and norms,and promote artificial intelligence to serve human society,so as to promote the sustainable and beneficial development of artificial intelligence for the well-being of humanity.
