危险化学品登记企业现场核查存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：采用描述性统计分析法,对226家危险化学品登记企业现场核查中发现的问题进行了分析,并划归至相应的问题类型和类别。结果表明,226家核查企业中,问题企业数203家,占比89.8%,问题总数379条。企业在危险化学品登记、“一书一签”合规传递、化学品物理危险性鉴定和分类方面都存在一定问题。分析了存在问题的原因并提出针对性的对策和建议。Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the problems found during on-site verification of 226 hazardous chemical registration enterprises,and they were classified into categories and subcategories.The results showed that among the 226 verified enterprises,there were 203 problematic enterprises,accounting for 89.8%,with a total of 379 problems.Enterprises have problems in aspect of hazardous chemical registration,compliance transmission of Safe Data Sheet and Lable,and physical hazard identification and classification of chemicals.The study analyzes the reasons for the existing problems and proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
