摘　　要：对聚合物阻垢剂的阻垢机理进行了探究,并描述了与有机膦阻垢剂阻垢机理的区别,明确了聚合物阻垢剂的性能优势。通过分析某石化企业污水回用工艺处理线反渗透系统的长期运行数据,从宏观角度进行国产聚合物阻垢剂RENATUR2101的动态阻垢性能对比和研究。结果表明,RENATUR2101的阻垢性能可以媲美市面通用进口阻垢剂,且环境效益好,经济效益更具优势。The scale inhibition mechanism of polymer scale inhibitors was explore and the differences in mechanism between polymer scale inhibitors and organic phosphine scale inhibitors was described,clarifying the performance advantages of polymer scale inhibitors.By analyzing the long-term operational data of the reverse osmosis system in the wastewater reuse process treatment line of a petrochemical enterprise,the dynamic scale inhibition performance of domestic polymer scale inhibitor RENATUR2101 was compared and studied from a macro perspective.The results indicated that the scale inhibition performance of RENATUR2101 was comparable to commonly used imported scale inhibitors in the market,and it has good environmental benefits and more economic advantages.
