摘 要:以海洋石油上岸固废的资源化利用为导向,以处理过程中MVR高效蒸发单元产生的结晶盐为研究对象,研究了结晶盐复配加重剂从而实现固废资源化再利用的路径。通过对工业杂盐的组分、理化性质进行分析,研判结晶盐制备加重剂的可行性。开展室内实验研究,确定结晶盐、络合剂等药剂的最佳配比。对最佳配比条件下配制的加重剂组分、性能进行测试,配制了符合相应标准要求的加重剂。Guided by the resource utilization of solid waste from offshore oil landing,and focused on the crystal salt generated by the MVR high-efficiency evaporation unit during the treatment process,study was conducted on the path of using crystal salt compound weighting agents to achieve the resource utilization of solid waste.By analyzing the components and physicochemical properties of industrial impurities,the feasibility of preparing weighting agents from crystalline salts was evaluated.Indoor experimental research was conducted to determine the optimal ratio of crystalline salts,chelating agents,and other agents.The components and properties of the weighting agent prepared under the optimal ratio conditions were tested.The formulated weighting agent that meet the corresponding standard requirements was prepared.
