摘  要:采用不同相对分子质量(1600万、1700万、1800万和2100万)的聚合物在室内开展聚合物驱提高采收率实验研究,考察现场真实的剪切条件下聚合物分子量对提高采收率的影响。结果表明,在经过模拟筛管和炮眼剪切后,不同分子量聚合物进入油藏深部,其阻力系数随着分子量降低而减小,1600万、1700万和1800万分子量聚合物的阻力系数相差不大。相同浓度条件下,随着分子量的增加,聚合物驱较水驱开发的提高采收率幅度从4.28%增加到11.36%。Different molecular weights(16 million,17 million,18 million,21 million)of polymers were used in the laboratory to carry out polymer flooding enhanced oil recovery experiment.Considering the real shear conditions in the field,the effect of polymer molecular weight on enhanced oil recovery was investigated.The results of laboratory experiments showed that the resistance coefficients of different molecular weight polymers enter the reservoir depth after simulated screen and perforation shear,and the resistance coefficients of 16 million,17 million and 18 million molecular weight polymers decrease with the decrease of molecular weight.Under the same concentration condition,with the increase of molecular weight,the enhanced oil recovery of polymer flooding increased from 4.28%to 11.36%.
