摘 要:乙二醇醚是一种重要的化工原料,由于其兼具了羟基和醚键,因此具有独特的理化性能,在涂料、油墨、电子化学品及制动液等精细化工领域作为关键溶剂有广泛应用。(多)乙二醇醚化技术是一种极具工业化潜力的乙二醇醚生产技术,具备原料危险性低、反应过程安全可靠、产物选择性高且操作简便,受到研究人员和生产企业的广泛关注。本文介绍了当前(多)乙二醇醚化技术中催化剂和工艺的研究进展,并提出了今后的发展建议。Ethylene glycol ether is a significant chemical raw material,which possesses unique physicochemical properties due to the combination of hydroxyl and ether groups.It has been widely utilized as a critical solvent in the fine chemical industry,including coatings,inks,electronic chemicals,and brake fluids.The(poly)ethylene glycol etherification technology was a highly industrialized potential production method for ethylene glycol ether,offering several advantages,including low raw material hazard,safe and reliable reaction process,high product selectivity and simple operation,garnering extensive attention from researchers and production enterprises.The research progress in catalysts and processes of current(poly)ethylene glycol etherification technology was presented and development recommendations was put forward.
