肩锁关节脱位韧带修复重建的研究进展

摘　　要：肩锁关节脱位是一种常见的损伤,常因暴力外伤导致。根据Rockwood分型可将肩锁关节脱位分为Ⅰ~Ⅵ型,高等级的肩锁关节脱位通常需要手术治疗。虽然治疗肩锁关节脱位的手术众多,但无一成为治疗的"金标准"。随着现代骨科的发展,手术治疗方法发生了转变,目前更多学者倾向于非刚性、弹性固定。关节镜辅助治疗肩锁关节脱位凭借其创伤小、视野佳的优点而倍受学者青睐,术中对喙锁韧带修复重建已达成共识,而肩锁韧带的修复重建与否及手术方法意见不一。本文对近年来肩锁关节脱位韧带修复重建的手术方法进行综述,为肩锁关节脱位的治疗提供参考。Dislocation of acromioclavicular joint is a common injury,often caused by violent trauma.Dislocation of acromioclavicular joint can be classified into typeⅠtoⅥaccording to the Rockwood classification.High-grade dislocation of acromioclavicular joint usually requires surgical treatment.Although there are many surgical procedures for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation,none has become the gold standard of treatment.With the development of modern orthopedics,surgical treatment has changed,and more scholars are inclined to non-rigid and elastic fixation.Arthroscopic assisted treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation is favored by scholars because of its advantages of less trauma and better visual field.A consensus has been reached on the repair and reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament during surgery,but there are different opinions on the repair and reconstruction of acromioclavicular ligament and the method.This article reviews the surgical methods of ligament repair and reconstruction of acromioclavicular dislocation in recent years,and provides reference for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint.
