地方综合年鉴军事内容的篇目设计——以第一至七批中国精品年鉴为例

摘　　要：军事内容作为地方综合年鉴不可或缺的组成部分,其篇目设计应站在全局高度、顺应时代发展、采取创新手段,反映国防和军队建设新成就。通过对第一至七批中国精品年鉴进行系统分析发现,军事内容仍存在篇目设计不够合理、类目名称不一、分目划分混乱、条目设置随意性大等问题。因此,需要在科学界定军事内容基本范畴的基础上,合理设计军事内容的篇目结构,把地方综合年鉴军事内容写实写活。As an essential component of local comprehensive yearbooks,military content should be holistic,forward-looking,and innovative,reflecting the latest achievements in national defense and force building.A systematic analysis of the first to seventh batches of Chinese fine yearbooks reveal issues such as poorly structured section design,inconsistent category names,disorganized subcategory divisions,and arbitrary entry placement.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically define the fundamental scope of military content and design its section structure in a logical way,so as to realistically and vividly reflect the military content of local comprehensive yearbooks.
