摘　　要：随着车祸多发伤创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者日益增多,其护理要求也随之变化。本文综述了车祸多发伤PTSD患者的临床表现及心理护理措施,强调了早期干预和专业心理咨询的重要性,并探讨了评估心理护理效果的方法,以期综合心理护理能改善患者症状、促进功能恢复。With the increasing number of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)patients after multiple car accidents,their nursing requirements have also changed accordingly.This article summarizes the clinical manifestations and psychological nursing measures of PTSD patients with multiple injuries in car accidents,emphasizes the importance of early intervention and professional psychological counseling,and explores methods for evaluating the effectiveness of psychological nursing,in order to improve patients’symptoms and promote functional recovery through comprehensive psychological nursing.
