纯音听力计联合习服疗法对耳鸣患者的影响

摘　　要：目的评价纯音听力计联合习服疗法对耳鸣患者的影响。方法收集病例时间为2023年6月-2024年6月,选择在空军军医大学第二附属医院耳鼻喉科就诊的耳鸣患者为观察主体,收集106例依据随机数表法分组,每组各53例,对照组行常规疗法,观察组接受纯音听力计+习服疗法,比较两组患者的耳鸣改善效果。结果治疗前,两组患者测定的听觉功能和不良心态评分差异无统计学意义,不同疗法实施后,观察组患者的耳鸣残疾评分、焦虑分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的各项听觉功能评分比对照组高,统计值P<0.05;以对照组为参照,观察组治疗后测评的各项睡眠质量评定值均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对耳鸣患者采取纯音听力计+习服疗法联合治疗,既能够减轻患者的耳鸣症状,改善其睡眠和不良情绪,还能协助提高患者的听力功能,尽早恢复正常听觉,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the effect of pure tone audiometer combined with acclimation therapy on tinnitus patients.Methods The cases were collected from June 2023 to June 2024.A total of 106 tinnitus patients from the Department of Otolaryngology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected as the subjects of observation.They were divided into 53 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated by routine therapy,the observation group was treated by pure tone audiometer combined with acclimation therapy,and compared the improvement of tinnitus between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of auditory function and bad mentality.After different treatments,the tinnitus disability scores and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the auditory function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);taking the control group as reference,all the sleep quality evaluation values of the observation group after treatment were lower,the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of pure tone audiometer and acclimation therapy for tinnitus patients can not only reduce the symptoms of tinnitus patients,improve their sleep and bad mood,but also help improve the hearing function of patients and restore normal hearing as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
