铝碳酸镁联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性消化性溃疡的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析铝碳酸镁联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染性消化性溃疡(PU)患者的临床效果。方法选取2023年6月-2024年8月济南市第三人民医院收治的130例HP感染性PU患者,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组应用常规三联疗法,观察组应用铝碳酸镁联合三联疗法。对比两组患者治疗效果、HP根除效果、胃肠激素水平、血清炎症因子水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率及HP根除率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-25(IL-25)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合三联疗法治疗HP感染性PU患者能提高HP根除效果、促进溃疡愈合、改善胃肠功能及缓解炎症反应,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of aluminum carbonate magnesium combined with triple therapy in the treatment of HP-PU patients.Methods 130 patients with HP infectious PU admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Jinan from June 2023 to August 2024 were chosen and split into a control team and a watch team,with 65 patients in each team,according to different treatment plans.The control team received conventional triple therapy,while the watch team received a combination of aluminum carbonate and magnesium triple therapy.Compare the treatment efficacy,HP clearance effect,gastrointestinal hormone levels,changes in serum inflammatory factor levels,and incidence of adverse reactions between two teams of patients.Results The total effective rate and HP clearance rate of the watch team were higher than those of the control team,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of gastrointestinal hormone indicators GAS,MTL,ET-1 in the watch team were lower than those in the control team,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum inflammatory factor indicators TNF-α,IL25 in the watch team were lower than those in the control team,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no clearly significant difference in adverse reactions between the two teams of patients during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of magnesium aluminum carbonate and triple therapy can improve HP clearance rate,promote ulcer healing,improve gastrointestinal function,alleviate inflammatory response,and has high safety in the treatment of HP infected PU patients.
