基于PDCA管理工具的中药饮片处方质量管理实践及效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析基于PDCA管理工具在中药饮片处方质量管理中的实践及应用效果分析。方法选取2023年10月-2024年10月我院1200张中药饮片处方作为研究对象,根据是否实施PDCA管理工具将处方分为对照组(n=600)及观察组(n=600),对照组于2023年10月-2024年3月行传统管理模式,观察组于2024年5月正式实施PDCA管理工具,2024年4月学习PDCA管理模式及预实行。对比两组中药饮片处方管理质量评分、处方规范性情况。结果观察组中药饮片处方管理质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不合格处方率均低于对照组,P<0.05;不合格处方类型中,观察组用药不适宜,无中医诊断,先煎、后下未标注及超常处方等发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论基于PDCA管理工具的中药饮片处方质量管理可提高中药饮片处方管理质量,降低不合理用药发生率,提高处方规范性。Objective To analyze the practice and application effect of PDCA management tool in the quality management of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces prescription.Methods 1200 prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces were selected from the Pharmacy Department of Jiaozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shandong Province from October 2023 to October 2024 as the research objects.The prescriptions were divided into a control team(n=600)and an watch team(n=600)according to whether the PDCA management tool was implemented.The control team implemented the traditional management mode from October 2023 to March 2024,and the watch team officially implemented the PDCA management tool in May 2024.The PDCA management mode and pre implementation were studied in April 2024.Compare the quality score of prescription management,prescription standardization between two teams of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces.Results The quality score of prescription management for Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces in the watch team was higher than that in the control team,with P<0.05;the rates of unqualified prescriptions in the watch team were lower than those in the control team,with P<0.05;among the types of unqualified prescriptions,the incidence of inappropriate medication,lack of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis,failure to label the decoction before placing,and abnormal prescriptions in the watch team was lower than that in the control team,with P<0.05.Conclusion The PDCA management tool can improve the quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription management,reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use,enhance prescription standardization.
