多元化培训模式在三甲医院保洁院感防控中的应用与效果评价

摘　　要：目的构建三甲医院保洁院感规范化、多元化培训模式。方法选择2023年1月1日-2023年6月1日我院总院区80名在职保洁员,采用随机数表法将其分为传统培训组(传统组)和多元化培训组(对照组),每组40名。传统组采用常规面授教学模式,对照组采用案例教学、情景模拟教学、现场示教等多元化培训模式。比较两组的院感操作考核成绩及满意度(对授课老师的满意度及患者对保洁工作质量的满意度)。结果多元化培训组的操作考核成绩高于传统培训组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元化培训组的教学满意度为72.5%,高于传统培训组的57.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统培训模式比较,多元化培训模式能显著提升保洁工作质量、教学满意度、患者满意度,对保洁员实施规范化培训可促进医院感染控制措施的有效落实,对降低医院感染发生率具有重要的意义,也为三甲医院院感规范化、多元化培训模式的构建提供参考依据。Objective To establish a standardized and diversified training mode for cleaning and hospital sense in tertiary hospitals.Methods From January 1,2023 to June 1,2023,80 in-service cleaners in the main campus of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a traditional training group(traditional group)and a diversified training group(control group)using a random number table method,with 40 people in each group.The traditional group adopts the conventional face-to-face teaching mode,while the control group adopts diversified training modes such as case teaching,scenario simulation teaching,and on-site demonstration teaching.Compare the performance and satisfaction of two groups in the hospital infection operation assessment(satisfaction with the teaching staff and satisfaction with the quality of cleaning work by patients).Results The operational assessment scores of the diversified training group were higher than those of the traditional training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the diversified training group was 72.5%,which was higher than the 57.5%of the traditional training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional training models,diversified training models can significantly improve the quality of cleaning work,teaching satisfaction,and patient satisfaction.Standardized training for cleaning staff can promote the effective implementation of hospital infection control measures and have important significance in reducing the incidence of hospital infections.It also provides reference for the construction of standardized and diversified training models for hospital infection in tertiary hospitals.
