人性化管理模式在药房管理中的效果观察

摘  要:目的探索药房管理中人性化管理模式的实践价值与效果。方法纳入2023年1月-2024年6月我院患者60例、工作人员7名进行研究,视2023年1月-6月为对照组(未实施人性化管理),视2024年1月-6月为观察组(实施人性化管理),评估实施前后效果。结果工作效率对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);药学知识评分对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);药品调配差错率对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);患者满意度对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药房管理中人性化管理模式可实现最大获益,能够提升药房工作人员业务水平,减少工作差错,确保患者用药安全,值得推广。Objective To explore the practical value and effect of humanized management mode in pharmacy management.Methods A total of 60 patients and 7 staff members in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were included in the study.January to June 2023 was regarded as the control group(without humanized management),and January to June 2024 was regarded as the observation group(with humanized management).Results The work efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of pharmaceutical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the drug dispensing error rate,the value of the observation group was lower(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanized management mode in pharmacy management can achieve maximum benefits,improve the professional level of pharmacy staff,reduce work errors,ensure the safety of patients with medication,and is worthy of promotion.
