摘  要:江西省水库点多面广,其中大部分为小型土坝水库。经统计,均质土坝溃坝数占我国溃坝总数的85%以上,可谓溃坝发生的“重灾区”。文章通过MIKE 21 FM平台建立二维水动力模型,对均质土坝在遇超标准洪水漫顶瞬溃情况下的洪水演进过程进行模拟,计算出溃坝洪水的淹没面积、流速及洪峰到达时间,分析溃坝对于下游的影响,为下游遇灾转移以及政府防灾减灾决策提供科学的参考依据。There are a wide range of reservoirs in Jiangxi Province,most of them are small earth dam reservoirs.According to statistics,the number of homogeneous earth dam breaks accounts for more than 85%of the total number of dam breaks in China,which can be described as the worst disaster area where dam breaks occur.Based on a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model through the MIKE 21 FM platform,this paper is to simulate the flood evolution process of a homogeneous earth dam under the condition of exceeding the standard flood and sudden collapse.The submerged area,flow velocity,and peak arrival time of the dam break flood are calculated,and the impact of the dam break on the downstream is analyzed.This provides a scientific reference for downstream disaster transfer and government disaster prevention and reduction decisions.
