摘 要:为了明确感潮河段双向立式泵站机组运行性能,采用现场测试方法对魏村枢纽扩容改建工程的机组进行了水泵主轴摆度、振动及压力脉动数据的采集并开展了分析工作,测试工况覆盖了负扬程、零扬程及常扬程。在零扬程工况时,机组的振动位移峰峰值、压力脉动峰峰值均出现了陡增的现象,而泵站效率出现了陡降。感潮河段双向立式泵站应避免在零扬程工况运行。为同类泵站的运行管理提供一定的思考。In order to determine the operation performance of the two-way vertical pumping unit in the tidal reach,the data of the pump spindle swing,vibration and pressure fluctuation of the pumping unit for the expansion and reconstruction project of Weicun hub were collected and analyzed by using the test method.The test conditions covered negative head,zero head and normal head.Under the zero head condition,the peak value of vibration displacement and pressure fluctuation of the pumping unit increased sharply,while the efficiency of the pumping station decreased sharply.The two-way vertical pumping station in tidal reach shall not operate under zero head condition.Some thoughts are provided for the operation and management of similar pumping stations in this paper.
